I feel like the way my hair feels when I'm done but the conditioner is just a bit on the thick side. I'm having trouble getting it out of the bottle so I've had to add water. I hate to do that.

It's okay, just an expesive shampoo, like any other shampoo nothing that warrants the price they charge. Very strong fragrance, not unpleasant just strong.
